Service Description

HTH Trade ("the Platform", "we", "us") provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) trading automation and analytics platform that integrates with supported Indian stock brokers via their official APIs. By registering and using HTH Trade, you agree to these Terms of Service in full.

These terms apply to all users of the platform, including those on free trials and paid subscriptions.

No Investment Advice

HTH Trade is a technology tool only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, trading, or any other form of advice. All signals, data, analytics, and automated strategies provided through the platform are for informational and automation purposes only.

Risk Disclaimer

By using HTH Trade, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:

• Trading in financial markets carries substantial risk of loss
• Past performance of any strategy, signal, or automated system does not guarantee future results
• Automated trading systems can malfunction, experience delays, or produce unexpected results
• Market conditions can change rapidly and unpredictably
• Technical failures including API outages, network issues, or platform downtime may affect trade execution

HTH Trade is not liable for any trading losses, missed trades, or financial damages resulting from use of the platform.

Subscription & Billing

Access to HTH Trade's premium features requires an active paid subscription. Subscription details:

• Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis
• Access is granted upon successful payment confirmation and admin activation
• Subscription fees are displayed clearly at checkout and on the pricing page
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days prior notice to existing subscribers
• Subscription access may be suspended for non-payment or violation of these terms

Refund Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable. This applies to:

• Monthly subscription fees, once the billing period has started
• Partial months or unused days within a billing period
• Accounts suspended due to violation of these Terms of Service

If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 7 days at support@hthtrade.com and we will review your case.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your HTH Trade account. This includes:

• Keeping your password confidential and using a strong, unique password
• Not sharing your account credentials with any third party
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access or security breach
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether authorized or not
• Ensuring your broker API credentials are kept secure and revoked if compromised

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HTH Trade and its operators shall not be liable for any:

• Trading losses or financial damages of any kind
• Loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or API failures
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Any conduct deemed harmful to the platform or other users

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@hthtrade.com. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any subscription fees already paid.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of HTH Trade shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
